Service Description

Embark on a deeper embodied experience of TRE®, strengthen your self-awareness, and enjoy the numerous therapeutic benefits this modality offers. Each session is customised to fit your level of mobility and aims to gently support your personal healing process. This pack includes a 1-hour TRE® Solo Session, once a week, over four weeks. Reserve your first session today, and your subsequent sessions can be booked during our scheduling discussions. These sessions will takes place either online or in-studio at CityROCK Cape Town, Unit 5, The Island, 9 Milner Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town. Every person attending a TRE® Solo Session at CityROCK must complete the CityROCK waiver (https://cityrock.co.za/waiver/) on the iPads at Front Desk or directly online - only once a year; so please come in 10 - 15 minutes before your first session, so that you still have a full hour for your in-studio session. If you are a first time visitor at CityROCK Cape Town, please bring your government-issued ID or Drivers Licence for verification. Payment Details: Once we have reserved your preferred session slot, we will email you an invoice with our banking details or a SnapLink (Snapscan payment app for international payments) enclosed. Your payment will secure and confirm the booking. Please WhatsApp us (+27 60 902 4721) if you have questions or require assistance with resolving any technical issues on our site. Cancellation Policy

You agree to give a minimum of 24 hours (1 full weekday) cancellation notice if a TRE® session, class or event booking is to be cancelled or changed. Failure to do so will result in full payment of the missed session. Late arrival will result in reduction of TRE® session/workshop time while the full fee will apply. Please note that payment for all session and event bookings is non-refundable. A credit note will be provided to the client in the event of a booking cancellation within the aforementioned 24 hour notice period. Eneegma reserves the right to cancel a session, class or event due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances or reasons beyond our control which would make the event non-viable. If Eneegma cancels an event or session, we will do everything we reasonably can to let you know and registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
