A TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Solo Session provides a personalised approach to releasing stress and restoring inner balance. Guided by one of our experienced TRE® Practitioners, Zandile Nkosi or Naledi King, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and deep relaxation. Whether you're new to TRE® or have practiced before, the session is tailored to your mobility level and personal recovery needs. Your 90-minute Session Includes: ✔ TRE® guidelines and check-in ✔ Breathwork and warm-up ✔ 30-minute colouring or journaling activity using the Complete Cycle book ✔ Guided TRE® practice to release tension ✔ Closing reflection and integration Where Does the Session Take Place? 📍 Online – Experience this session from the comfort of your home 📍 In-Studio – CityROCK Cape Town, Unit 5, The Island, 9 Milner Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town Important for In-Studio Sessions: If you are attending at CityROCK Cape Town, please complete the required CityROCK waiver online or on-site (valid for one year). First-time visitors must bring a government-issued ID or Driver’s License for verification. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the waiver and maximise your session time. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for TRE® Sessions, Workshops, Classes and Retreats: Client Cancellations: 1. No refunds are available for missed TRE® Sessions and Classes, so please plan accordingly. At our discretion, a credit note (valid for 2 months) may be issued for a future TRE® Session or Class, provided that cancellation notice is given at least 24 hours (one business day) in advance. 2. For TRE® Retreats, the standard cancellation period is 7 business days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Each event will have a specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. 3. If cancellation notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the full session or event fee will be charged. 4. Late arrival will result in reduction of TRE® session, class, retreat or workshop time while the full fee will apply. Refunds & Credits: 1. All payments for sessions and classes are non-refundable. However, if a client cancels a TRE® Session or Class with at least 24 hours’ notice (one business day), a credit note (valid for 2 months) may be issued for future use. Cancellations by Eneegma: 1. Eneegma reserves the right to cancel a session, class, or event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 2. In the event of a cancellation by Eneegma, all registrants will receive a full refund. 3. If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to the rescheduled date.
