A TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Solo Session provides a personalized approach to relieving stress and restoring inner balance. Guided by experienced and certified instructor Zandile Nkosi, you'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and deep relaxation. Whether you're new to TRE® or have practiced before, each session is tailored to your mobility level and personal recovery needs. What to Expect: Your 90-minute session includes: ✔ A brief introduction to TRE® and check-in ✔ Breathwork and warm-up stretches ✔ A 30-minute colouring or journaling activity using the Complete Cycle book ✔ A guided TRE® session ✔ A closing check-out to integrate your experience Where Does the Session Take Place? Choose between: 📍 Online – Experience TRE® from the comfort of your home 📍 In-Studio – CityROCK Cape Town, Unit 5, The Island, 9 Milner Street, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town Important for In-Studio Sessions: If you are attending at CityROCK Cape Town, please complete the required CityROCK waiver online or on-site (valid for one year). First-time visitors must bring a government-issued ID or Driver’s License for verification. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the waiver and maximize your session time. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for TRE® Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats: Client Cancellations: 1. For TRE® sessions, a minimum of 24 hours (one full weekday) advance notice is required for cancellations or postponements. 2. For TRE® workshops and retreats, the standard cancellation period is one month before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Each workshop, retreat, or event will have a specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. 3. If cancellation notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the full session or event fee will be charged. 4. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session/workshop/retreat, while the full fee will still apply. Refunds & Credits: 1. All payments for sessions are non-refundable. However, if a client cancels a TRE® session with at least 24 hours’ notice, a credit note will be issued for future use. Cancellations by Eneegma: 1. Eneegma reserves the right to cancel a session, class, or event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 2. In the event of a cancellation by Eneegma, all registrants will receive a full refund. 3. If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to the rescheduled date.
