Whether you're a corporate team, sports group, or a gathering of friends, our workshops and retreats will be customized to the needs of your group, ensuring everyone is supported throughout the experience. Expect a dynamic, engaging atmosphere that strengthens relationships and promotes mindful collaboration. Where & When: Our 90-minute TRE® Workshops are offered either online or in-person at CityROCK Cape Town or specially selected retreat venues. Our 1-Day TRE® Retreats are exclusively held at physical locations, as they include outdoor activities, wellness experiences, and tourist destination experiences tailored to your team's preferences. With flexible dates and times, we can easily accommodate your team’s schedule. Pricing & Booking: The TRE® Workshops and Retreats are priced based on the size of the group and the duration of the event. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for TRE® Sessions, Workshops, and Retreats: Client Cancellations: 1. For TRE® sessions, a minimum of 24 hours (one full weekday) advance notice is required for cancellations or postponements. 2. For TRE® workshops and retreats, the standard cancellation period is one month before the event. Deposits are non-refundable. Each workshop, retreat, or event will have a specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. 3. If cancellation notice is not provided within the required timeframe, the full session or event fee will be charged. 4. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session/workshop/retreat, while the full fee will still apply. Refunds & Credits: 1. All payments for sessions are non-refundable. However, if a client cancels a TRE® session with at least 24 hours’ notice, a credit note will be issued for future use. Cancellations by Eneegma: 1. Eneegma reserves the right to cancel a session, class, or event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 2. In the event of a cancellation by Eneegma, all registrants will receive a full refund. 3. If an event is postponed, registrants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their booking to the rescheduled date.
