TRE© Terms & Policies

 

1. TRE® Bookings & Payments

 

Please note that once we have confirmed the availability of your preferred appointment/session time slot via email, your payment will secure your booking - first come, first served, thank you.

​a) TRE® Cancellation Clause:

 

You agree to give a minimum of 24 hours (1 full weekday) cancellation notice if a TRE® session, class or event booking is to be cancelled or changed. Failure to do so will result in full payment of the missed session. Late arrival will result in reduction of TRE® session, class or workshop time while the full fee will apply.

 

b) No cash refund policy. A credit note will be provided to the client in the event of a TRE® session or class cancellation within the 24 hour (1 full weekday) notice period.

Eneegma reserves the right to cancel an event, session or class due to low enrollment, inclement weather or other circumstances or reasons beyond our control which would make the event non-viable. If Eneegma cancels an event or session, we will do everything we reasonably can to let you know and registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

c) TRE® Confidentiality Clause:

 

Everything discussed within the confines of the time of work together during your session or class shall remain confidential and shall not be divulged to any third party by your TRE® facilitator/provider. If participating in group work, no identifying material to be divulged outside of the group. 

 

d) TRE® Indemnity:

 

You undertake each TRE® session or event of your own accord and accordingly indemnify the TRE® facilitator or provider from any harm, loss or damages of any nature, whether bodily harm, trauma or any other damages to you or your property resulting from the treatment/session, whether directly or indirectly.

 

e) Teaching TRE® Exercises:

 

Unless you are a Certified TRE® Provider, you acknowledge and accept that you are NOT qualified to lead others through TRE® Exercises and that you will only use them for yourself.

 

f)  Please Bring the Following to Your TRE® Session/Class:

 

  • Dress in comfortable clothes you would normally wear to the gym or a yoga class, that you can easily move and comfortably stretch in. Dress in layers as your temperature may fluctuate during the TRE® session.

  • An exercise or yoga mat, a pillow or cushion, a pair of socks and a blanket.  

  • Keep a glass or bottle of water close by to stay hydrated after the class.

  • Please complete and email your TRE® Medical Form to hello@eneegmaunlocked.com, or complete it online, prior to your first TRE® session, class or workshop.

g) The Time Zone for all sessions and events is South African Standard Time (SAST). Please have a strong internet connection for all online TRE® sessions and events.

h) It's highly recommended that you be in a quiet and private space or room so you can focus on the activities and information shared during all online TRE® sessions and events.

i) People under the age of 18 must have parental permission and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend TRE® sessions and events.

j) In the event that the internet connection is disrupted during an online session, a re-connection will be attempted. If a connection cannot be made within 5 minutes, we will reschedule the session or class for a later time. We will email details regarding the scheduled change to the client. Please have our contact number (+27 60 902 4721) on hand for communication in case of any connection challenges.

 

k) Venue Disclaimer:

The Studio in Milnerton where some of our TRE® classes and sessions are being hosted has passive security cameras on the property. This is to inform and assure you that this camera footage is used for security purposes only. The footage is not a live-feed and has no sound recording. None of The Studio or security staff have access to the footage. The footage can only be reviewed by an authorised person for investigative purposes focused on the date and time-frame of a specific incident where an insurance claim, such as damage to property or an emergency has occurred. 

 

Unfortunately the cameras on the property must be kept on for insurance purposes as well as safety reasons. We completely understand that the atmosphere of safety and privacy is important and believe it to be important to disclose this to you. We want to reassure you that this security system produces only video and no sound, and the live feed is never on display anywhere on or offsite. The only time any footage will be pulled up is in the event of an incident. Please view or download The Studio Security Disclaimer, for more information.

Every person attending a TRE® session, workshop or class at CityROCK has to complete the CityROCK waiver on the iPads at Front Desk or directly online - required only once a year; so please come in 10 - 15 minutes before your first session, so that you still have a full hour for your in-studio session. If you are a first time visitor at CityROCK, please bring your government-issued ID or Drivers Licence for verification. Attendees may not climb or use the gym after the TRE® session/workshop/class has been completed, a normal day pass will apply to non-members. 

2. Secure Online Payments with Snapscan

We are thrilled to introduce a convenient and secure way for you to pay for your sessions online.

 

The new SnapLink (a Snapscan payment app), enclosed with your invoice, offers three flexible payment options for both South African and International clients:

  • Pay with SnapScan: For SnapScan users, completing payments is a breeze with this user-friendly app. It's a quick and secure way to settle your invoices effortlessly.

  • Pay with Card (Visa, Mastercard & Diners Club): We now accept card payments from Visa, Mastercard, and Diners Club, making it easier than ever to complete your transactions securely.

  • Pay with Bank (iEFT): South African clients can take advantage of our iEFT (Immediate Electronic Funds Transfer) option, allowing you to transfer funds directly from your South African bank account.

 

Please note that the iEFT option is exclusively available to South African bank account holders. Making direct EFT bank payments from any South African bank account without using the SnapLink is also available.

With SnapLink, your payments are in safe hands, and the process is designed to be hassle-free. We are committed to providing you with convenient options that suit your needs

3. Promotion Terms and Conditions

a) These are the terms and conditions which apply to any competition, prize draw or service or product promotion which we or our promotion partners may run, whether on our website or their websites, social media platforms, on-air or otherwise (' Promotion').

 

b) By entering a Promotion or using a Promo Code you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions along with any other Specific Rules which relate to a Promotion. Specific Rules might include entry instructions and any other specific details, rules or conditions relating to a particular Promotion, and might be published on our or our promotion partners' website, social media platforms, or may be found in any other media which features a Promotion. The Specific Rules will usually (but may not always) refer to these terms and conditions.

c) In these terms and conditions, 'we', ' us', 'our' and 'Promoter ' refers to Eneegma Unlocked (Pty) Ltd. Our 'promotion partners' are third parties who operate promotions with us or on our behalf - they will be named in the Specific Rules, where applicable.

d) Each Promotion will start immediately (i.e. as soon as it is first promoted), unless a later start date/time is specified. The closing date/time for a Promotion will be made clear in the Specific Rules or the relevant promotional materials. All times will be based on South African Standard Time and dates.

e) Entering a Promotion: all Promotions for in-studio or physical-venue-based sessions, classes and retreats are only open to individuals who are able to physically attend these sessions, classes and retreats within the specified event dates and times. 

f) All promotions are only open to individuals that are 18 years of age or older. If a session or event is open to attendance by minors, each child must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

h) In any event, our employees, agencies, freelancers, contractors (and those of any of our promotion partners, associated companies or prize providers) and their immediate family members or households (whether related or not), and anyone else professionally involved with the relevant Promotion, are excluded from entering and winning a competition or promotion ('Excluded Individual(s)').

 

i) You may only make a maximum of one entry into each Promotion or Competition (unless the Specific Rules for a particular Promotion expressly set a higher maximum number of entries for that Promotion). For example, if you have benefited from a Promo Code for a specific session, class, service or product where we have offered a promotional discount - then you may not use a different Promo Code to get a discount for the same service or product over the duration of that promotion, unless otherwise specified.

j) To enter, follow the entry process for the relevant Promotion, which will usually be explained in the Specific Rules and/or promotional materials or announcements provided. In the case of using a Promo Code for a TRE® session, class or event, please type the Promo Code in the relevant section of the booking form on our website.

k) There is no charge to enter a Promotion or Competition. However, if entry is made via text message or telephone call, your network provider will usually charge according to their standard rate or deduct it from your allowance. If entry is made by text message, be sure to use the correct shortcode; be aware that shortcodes change from Promotion to Promotion. In all cases, please check with your service provider for more details. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain the bill payer's permission before entering.

l) All services, products, sessions, retreats and events paid for using a Promo Code are not refundable.
