Why Join Our Spring Renewal Class?

This class is a unique blend of gentle stretching exercises, breathwork and Dr David Berceli's TRE® technique (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises), which focus on releasing physical and emotional tension stored in the body. Here's why you should consider joining our class:

1. Stress Relief:

In today's fast-paced world, stress is a common challenge. Our class provides you with effective tools to release stress and physical tension, helping you find inner peace and tranquility by engaging your body's rest and regeneration mode.

2. Deep Relaxation:

Imagine sinking into a state of profound relaxation, where the worries of the day simply melt away. This Stretch & TRE® Class facilitates deep relaxation, ease, increased oxygen and blood circulation, allowing you to recharge and rejuvenate your mind and body.

3. Improved Well-being:

As we move from the dormant winter season into spring, our bodies crave movement and revitalisation. Our class includes gentle stretches that improve flexibility, posture, sleep and overall well-being, helping you reconnect with your body in a positive way.

4. Tension & Trauma Release:

The TRE® technique assists with releasing deep patterns of physical and emotional tension and trauma in the body. This release restores balance, as it regulates and calms down your nervous system, which enhances a sense of mindfulness, safety and groundedness in your body.

5. Social Engagement:

One of the positive effects of doing TRE® include increased oxytocin, a natural hormone in your body, which is a neuromodulator involved in social bonds that allows immobility without fear, the ability to relate and connect with others, while decreasing defensive responses.
