We're excited to invite you to join us for a weekly hour of Stretch & TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) every Wednesday and Saturday, starting 1 October 2025 at CityROCK, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.


TRE®, developed by Dr. David Berceli, is a simple yet powerful body-based practice designed to release deep muscle tension, soothe your nervous system, and restore a sense of calm. Paired with mindful movement, TRE® is an effective way to support:


✅ Reducing back and body pain


✅ Releasing stress and anxiety


✅ Regulating your nervous system


✅ Improving flexibility and blood flow


✅ Deeper, more restful sleep


✅ Feeling more grounded and emotionally balanced


You’ll learn 7 easy exercises that you can use whenever you feel tense, overwhelmed, or out of balance. No experience is needed - just bring your body, curiosity, and a willingness to relax.

CityROCK – 9 Milner St, Paarden Eiland, Milnerton, Cape Town, South Africa


When?

Wednesdays, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (starting 1 October 2025)

Saturdays, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (starting 4 October 2025)
